Kirsten Femson was a young teen who lived in Pickering, Ontario, Canada with her family. She had competed at the Canadian national level in synchronized swimming, and was very active in sports, school, and in her church. She wanted to share with her friends the advice she received from an array of leaders and celebrities who offered their wisdom for the teen journey.
